Thank you for your interest in L’Arche Homefires. We support folks with developmental disabilities through our small option homes and our independent living program. Placement into our homes and ILS program is dictated by the provincial waitlist managed by the Department of Opportunities and Social Development (DOSD). The waitlist is determined by need, so the wait times vary for each person. To get on the waitlist, you need to contact your person’s Care Coordinator. If your family member does not have a Care Coordinator through DOSD services, please contact the intake line at 1-877-424-1177 to see if they qualify for the Disability Supports Program
