What is Friends of Waldorf?

Every year, L’Arche Homefires welcomes young volunteers from Germany through Friends of Waldorf Education’s international volunteer service. During their year in Wolfville, these volunteers become an important part of our community, sharing everyday life with people with intellectual disabilities and contributing to our homes and programs. Through daily activities, celebrations and meaningful relationships, they bring their own gifts and perspectives while gaining new experiences, friendships and a deeper appreciation for inclusive community life.
